Dependent Eligibility Reminder

Dependent children aged 19 and over must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the Fall 2009 semester in order to maintain eligibilty for coverage.  Contact the Workplace Solution Center at (888) 471-2271 for additional information or if your dependent child is disabled.

Stay informed of important information regarding your employee benefits by checking your e-mail for updates an announcements regularly.  Review your e-mail address today!  Just go to InfoBank > HR Self-Service > Employee Self-Service > Myself > Personal Address.

Plan Ahead - Annual Enrollment Coming Soon

In November, eligible employees will have the opportunity to update health benefit elections for January 1 - December 31, 2010.  The Annual Enrollment period in November is the only time of year you can make changes to your employee benefits elections unless you experience a qualifying event.  Watch your e-mail for important information regarding Annual Enrollment.
